Artwork Description
When I was growing up in the 1980s, The Cure's Disintegration LP cover design and music blew me away. I first heard the song "Lullaby" on one of the many cassette mix tapes my older brother brought home. The music was really dark and it spoke to me. I loved the horror of the album so much that I went on an assignment to get the full album on cassette and to check out all the songs. After years of exploring other music, I still come back to this album from time to time. I've always felt the album cover was a great abstract artwork (which would probably look better without Robert Smith on the cover). So here is my abstract take on the album cover (look out for the spider webs).
